Programs: Our product line focuses on applying our knowledge to the business issues and opportunities identified by our customers.
Senior Leadership Program couples a rigorous deep dive into the leading business strategies for sustainable, profitable growth with high-impact leadership development, assessment and mentoring. Its unique format—five weeks over five quarters—optimizes time away from your business.
Olin Partners’ Program Executive Education Seminars are designed for senior- and mid-level managers from organizations of all sizes. These highly interactive one- and two-day open enrollment seminars are both application focused and research based. The goal is to provide participants with knowledge and tools they will be able to apply immediately to their jobs. The seminars are taught by Olin Business School’s esteemed faculty and select outside experts.
Custom Executive Programs are designed to help the senior managers and high-potential employees of leading organizations master their unique business challenges. We coordinate our faculty with key senior leaders within the organization to develop programs that impact internal culture and forge the path for productive change.
Directors’ Programs are high impact seminars for board directors and top level executives. These seminars meet or exceed ISS accreditation standards and satisfy the latest corporate governance mandates. Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and SEC regulations require NYSE and NASDAQ-listed companies to provide continuing education for their board members.
Partnerships with select organizations enhance the value of our offerings. We work closely with our partners to design and develop executive programs that meet the unique needs of our participants.
