Custom Program Approach

“The design process begins with an in-depth interview to identify overt and underlying needs and issues. The Owen faculty and design team then partner with the client to develop a program that delivers both immediate and long lasting solutions. The resulting programs— customized in content, length, format and schedule—provide teams of executives, managers, salespeople or technicians with the benefits of a shared learning experience.

Through dynamic, experiential classroom learning—and, in some cases, ongoing faculty assessment and coaching—our Vanderbilt Custom Corporate Programs are focused on fostering results-oriented, behavioral change. Organizations realize a much higher and quicker return on their educational investment when a shared learning environment is in place; where an entire team of executives can agree on how to implement what they’ve learned together, bringing a synergy unobtainable with other methods. The result is faster, more efficient implementation of new ideas and changes across an entire organizational enterprise”

School Uniqueness

  • “Founded in 1873, the university is named for shipping and rail magnate “Commodore” Cornelius Vanderbilt, who provided Vanderbilt its initial $1 million endowment despite having never been to the South. The Commodore hoped that his gift and the greater work of the university would help to heal the sectional wounds inflicted by the Civil War”
  • Offers tuition reimbursement of $1500 for referring a friend to a school program
  • Dedicated Banking Institute with a focus on the financial services industry
