“Your company’s key executives and managers will meet the Executive Education Team and then consult with select members of The Paul Merage School of Business faculty to develop a comprehensive diagnosis of your business issues and craft the right training program. Together we develop a comprehensive program design including content, scheduling, and instructional resources. This will permit an understanding of your key issues and challenges. The process is straightforward, and you participate in:
* Identifying high-potential leaders
* Finalizing program and faculty
* Diagnosing needs
* Implementing the program
* Drafting program content and format
* Evaluating the program
* Reviewing program design
A program design proposal is then presented to your company’s key personnel for their review, adjustments, and modifications. Finally, we determine the best way and place for program delivery. Thus the process is characterized as follows: Joint Determination of Content and Joint Program Review and Modification. “
