NetApp, a data storage company, was given the distinction as the best place to work in 2008 by Fortune Magazine. Executives from IMD’s Corporate Learning Network were able learn first-hand the unique attributes of NetApp’s corporate environment from Peter Lammers, the company’s Senior Director of Human Resources in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, during a two-day IMD Discovery Event held on March 5th and 6th in Lausanne. Lammers’ interactive 90-minute session was one of the highlights of the event, which focused on how the quest for talent requires new rules for tougher times.
