Middle Managers
The Foundations of General Management program provides functional and specialist managers with a sound grounding in general management principles and practices, thus enhancing career progression opportunities.
A new executive development program, the Motivating and Managing Talent in Challenging Times program aims to equip senior executives with the practical tools required to build their people capability in order to successfully implement their business plans.
The Managing Innovation, Change and Growth program a three day program for managers leading innovation or growth initiatives. The program focuses on developing skills in innovation strategy, opportunity identification, selling business plans internally, financial management and change management.
The Inspiring Change program is delivered as an in-house company program with a strong focus on action learning, tangible outcomes and evaluation.
