These are general management programmes designed to help business professionals acquire a holistic perspective of the organisation, and integrate their functional expertise into the general view of the business and its environment. They are based on the case-study method of teaching which involves constant exchange of experiences amongst the facilitators and the members of their class. At the end of the programme, participants would have gained some intensive general management experience.

The programmes are designed in such a way that participants can immediately apply at work what they learn in class, and therefore do not have to leave their jobs while they foster their education.  In this way both their learning and the application of the new knowledge they acquire are maximized.

The suite of executive programmes in LBS include:

Chief Executive Programme (CEP) Exclusively for Chief Executives.

Advanced Management Programme (AMP) For Executive Directors and members of Management Teams.

Senior Management Programme (SMP) For managers with over three years of experience as managers

Owner-Managers Programme (OMP) For entrepreneurs who manage and are substantial owners of their own companies.
