Custom Program Approach
“We develop tailored educational solutions for more than 200 client organizations each year. Through this applied practice, we structure and deliver programs – from one-time to multi-tiered, multi-session training and research initiatives. These initiatives focus on specific leadership development needs within the context of defined organizational challenges, including innovation, the merging of cultures, and the development of a broader pool of leaders. Our objective is to help organizations develop the leadership capacity they need to address emerging challenges.
CCL – APAC’s faculty and associates not only bring with them a wealth of advanced academic degrees but also global experiences and expertise in facilitating and conducting programs that relate to business strategies. Many of CCL – APAC’s faculty and associates speak more than one language and some of them are based in other Asian countries other than Singapore.
Customized training can be delivered at the location of your choice. You may select a facility convenient to your organization or utilize one of the Center’s five global campuses. To learn more about our custom offerings, please visit our Custom Solutions section“
