“Part of the services offered by the Executive Education and Lifelong Learning Center (EXCELL) is providing in house programs that are leading edge, differentiated and results oriented. The kinds of programs offered for in house are customized to meet the needs of a client organization usually in terms of equipping future leaders with skills and competencies that are critical for business growth and success. Clients also partner with EXCELL for in house programs as a means of helping them cope with transition or strategic changes that they need to adopt given their volatile market environment. In response to these needs, the design of the in house programs gear towards helping companies strategize and implement their objectives and action plans by developing appropriate tools, skills, language and behavior among their cadre of managers.”
